This new law permits Oklahoma taxpayers with children ages 4 years - 12th grade attending a participating accredited school to apply for a tax credit of $5,000-$7,500 to offset tuition and related expenses at that private school.  PCTC is a tiered-income program, giving priority to families with lower Adjusted Gross Incomes (AGI), but all families are eligible to apply. The tax credit begins in 2024, and it is anticipated that the online application will open on  Wednesday, December 6 @ 2:00 pm.  The 60-day priority period is extend through Monday, February 5, 2024.

Enrollment Verification Forms for taxpayers are in the process of emailed to families and will come from [email protected].
