The Giving Officer position description:
- Fundraise through all channels including in-person, email, online/social media, and mail appeals
- Build fundraising and donor base
- Build community with relationships with all constituents including donors, current and alumni families, staff, students, alumni, Trustees and friends of Riverfield
- Work with team to craft campaign appeals
- Work with team to craft thank you letters and acknowledgments
- Create and run reports and analyze and utilize the results
- Work with multiple databases
- Work with team on annual events and activities
- Work closely with Board of Trustees in fundraising efforts and serving as portal administrator, information coordinator, and staff liaison
- Work closely with Riverfield Family Association throughout the year along with the rest of the Advancement Department on fundraising activities such as the Run for Riverfield and Sapphire Celebration
- Communicate effectively with donors, co-workers, and volunteers
