STUDENT SPOTLIGHT
This weekend, KTUL News Channel 8 featured this story: Tulsa teens lead initiative to improve services for foster care graduates. We spy two inspiring Riverfield seniors, Holden Williams and Evan Gaines! Through their work with Youth Philanthropy Initiative, Holden and Evan have made significant, meaningful impacts on the Foster Hive Project and the futures of local teenagers as they transition out of the foster care system. Way to go, guys!
RAVEN FUND RALLY IS NEXT WEEK
Did you know that your student's tuition does NOT fully cover the cost of their Riverfield education? It's true! The Raven Fund exists to fill the gap between tuition and our annual budget, and Raven Fund Rally is your annual, week-long chance to support the things that matter most to you and your family.
Next week (April 28 - May 2), students and staff will be invited to dress up in celebration of the five major areas the Raven Fund supports. We hope you'll consider donating to the Raven Fund on each of these days, helping ensure that each area receives full funding and can keep functioning at full awesomeness! Raven Fund Rally is a team effort, so let's work together. GAME ON!
CAMP RAVEN STILL HAS ROOM FOR YOU
Rumors are flying that summer camp is full but (in the voice of Chandler Bing), that is so NOT true! Certain sessions are full, yes, but wait-lists are open for those and there are OODLES of other fun camps with lots of space available. Search your email for one titled, Camp Raven Enrollment is LIVE! to find the hidden enrollment link (for RCDS families and alumni only!) and get your campers signed up for our best summer ever!
Here are just a few of the MEGA FUN CAMPS that still have space available:

STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK IS ALMOST HERE
May 5th -9th is one of our favorite weeks of the year: Staff Appreciation Week! We have the BEST team of faculty and staff at Riverfield, and it is such a pleasure to spend a few special days each year letting them know just how awesome we think they are. Riverfield Family Association (RFA) volunteers take great care to plan and execute a wonderful week, but they need your help to make it happen! Please hit the button below to let them know what you can contribute. (Spoiler alert: They're easy things! Twizzlers? Forks? Dr. Pepper? You can do this!)
KINDNESS CAMPAIgn GOING STRONG
A few weeks ago, we told you about the amazing work our K/1st students are doing at beasuperherobekind.org. Now, they've started issuing weekly kindness challenges! Check them out each Friday to see the upcoming week's challenge, and don't forget to share your own photos and stories of spreading kindness on this Facebook post. You are a superhero!
