About the Presenters:
Amelia Gambetti wrote the forward for the book, Curated Moments: Reggio-Inspired Classrooms for Infants, Toddlers, and Twos. Amelia Gambetti was an educator in the Reggio Emilia Municipal Pre-Schools for 25 years (1967-1992) side by side and mentored with Loris Malaguzzi, the founder of the Reggio Emilia Approach. Gambetti worked on the creation and consequent updates of “The Hundred Languages of Children” traveling Exhibition of the Municipal Infant-Toddler Centers and Preschools of Reggio Emilia (1978- 2000) followed by the exhibit “The Wonder of Learning and the "Hundred Languages of Children” Research Group. In addition, Gambetti has been a lecturer and collaborator with the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a pedagogical coordinator for Model Early Learning Center (MELC), Reggio Emilia coordinator for Harvard's Project Zero research, and a collaborator for University of Modena and Reggio Emilia-UNIMORE- Courses. Riverfield has a long-time partnership with Gambetti as she has served as the school's Reggio Emilia Liaison and Consultant.

Jerry Bates is the Riverfield Head of School and long-time parent and advocate for innovative education. His experience at Riverfield is deeply connected to the value that all students, at every age, are innately intelligent and competent life-long learners. Carrying this value through strategic planning and the re-envisioning Riverfield's mission to Ignite adventure, inspire inquiry, and build excellence to empower students to change their world.
Whitney Dickinson has been an early childhood educator for the past 13 years. She is currently the Assistant Pre-School Division Head at Riverfield Country Day School. Previously, she taught in a two and three year old classroom at Riverfield. She holds a Bachelor of Science in early childhood education from the University of Oklahoma. Whitney has presented at many regional and local professional development initiatives, contributed to the development of presentations, and participated in a schoolwide study tour in Reggio Emilia, Italy. She also coordinates and designs professional development initiatives hosted by Riverfield.
Jennifer Kesselring is the Head of Innovation and Learning at Riverfield Country Day School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is currently working on her dissertation for a doctorate degree in educational leadership and curriculum and instruction.
Ashley Stewart is an Assistant Division Head and studio teacher at Riverfield Country Day School in Tulsa, Oklahoma. With 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Ashley began as a preschool teacher before assuming her current leadership role. She has a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Northeastern State University.
